This workshop is for founders and builders who want to take a clear, honest look at their business model — beyond theory, slides, and surface-level frameworks.

Together, we’ll explore what makes a business model strong, where it is fragile, and what it really takes to scale under real-world pressure: market shifts, pricing pressure, competition, regulation, operational limits, and execution risk.
We will work hands-on on one real startup case during the session, using it as a live scenario to apply the framework in practice.
