THURSDAY, 29 OCTOBER 2026 | ELCA Presidium | ONLY FOR ELCA MEMBERS

8:15 | Transfer to the City of Culture of Galicia. ( In the Recommended hotels: Hotel Santiago Plaza Affiliated by Meliá**** and Hotel SPA Congreso****)

8:30 | Registration and accreditation.

9:00 | ELCA Board Meeting – Executive Presidium members in a conference room at

the City of Culture of Galicia (Fontán Building, Rooms 8 & 9).

9:30 | Technical visit to the gardens of the City of Culture of Galicia, guided by the

project architect.

12:00 | Lunch at the City of Culture of Galicia

1:30 pm | ELCA Presidium Meeting.

1:30 pm | Guided visit to the Museo Centro Gaiás for the remaining participants while

the ELCA Presidium Meeting takes place.

End of the programme | Transfer by coach to the hotels.

7:30 pm | Welcome Dinner at the Santiago Plaza Affiliated by Meliá Hotel.

FRIDAY, 30 OCTOBER 2026 | Technical Visit

8:30 | Transfer by coach to the Parliament of Galicia. (In the Recommended hotels: Hotel Santiago Plaza Affiliated by Meliá**** and Hotel SPA Congreso****)

9:00 | Official reception by the President of the Parliament of Galicia, followed by a

guided visit to the Pazo do Hórreo and its private gardens.

10:30 | Transfer to Santiago city centre to visit the private garden of the Cornes

Residential Complex.

11:30 | Departure by coach to A Coruña.

12:30 pm | Lunch in A Coruña.

2:00 pm | Guided city tour including:

• Tower of Hercules.

• Monte de San Pedro Gardens.

3:45 pm | Transfer to Oleiros. Stop at Noa Boutique Hotel (Santa Cruz), followed by a

visit to the Rosalía Mera Garden.

5:00 pm | Return to Santiago de Compostela.

6:00 pm | Arrival at the hotel.

Evening | Dinner at leisure.

SATURDAY, 31 OCTOBER 2026 | Excursion to Allariz (Ourense)

8:15 | Departure by coach to Allariz (Ourense). (In the Recommended hotels: Hotel Santiago Plaza Affiliated by Meliá**** and Hotel SPA Congreso****)

10:00 | Official welcome by the Mayor of Allariz.

10:15 | Guided visit to the 16th Allariz International Garden Festival, Gardens of

Freedom, accompanied by the Festival Director.

11:30 | Guided walking tour of the historic centre of Allariz.

1:00 pm | Lunch in Allariz

3:00 pm | Departure by coach to Santiago de Compostela.

4:00 pm | Guided visit to Santiago de Compostela Cathedral.

6:00 pm | Transfer by coach to the hotel.

7:30 pm | Official Closing Dinner and conclusion of the ELCA Galicia Presidium.
